How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email and a text message with your tracking information. To avoid these emails ending up in your SPAM folder, please be sure to add FootJoy to your trusted senders list.

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, our system does not permit changes to be made to an order after it has been placed. We would still love to try and assist you, though, so please call our customer support team on +44 800 616198 and our representatives will provide any assistance that they can.

Why is my order being shipped in multiple shipments?

Your order may consist of items that cannot fit into one box, or it is more economical for your ordered items to be shipped separately. You will receive an email with tracking information for each shipment.

An item I purchased went on sale. Can I get the new price?

If the cost of an item you purchased is reduced within 15-days from your order date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment via a refund of the price difference.
