RETURN POLICY

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel or modify it. Please return any unwanted items and reorder.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNING AN ITEM?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item you are not satisfied with*. Any returned item must not have been worn, include the various labels (price, composition) and, if applicable, be returned in its original packaging (pre-refund criteria). Any returned item soiled and / or damaged by the customer will not be taken back and will therefore not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Only items purchased on FootJoy.eu returned with valid return information will be accepted. The return of FootJoy products purchased in store or on a partner site is not accepted.

*This does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM (S)?

The return of FootJoy items purchased on the website FootJoy.eu must be done only through the return procedure detailed below:

  1. Return slip: in your package, you will find a Return slip. Complete it with the quantity (s) returned and the reason for the return. This document must be returned in the package with the item (s) you wish to return, otherwise we will not be able to identify your return.
  2. We recommend you use a recognised courier such as UPS, DHL to ship your package and return to the address below.
  3. Once your package has been received and checked a refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt.
  4. We are not currently able to provide a service for Free collection of Returns so if you need to return an item you must arrange to do this and at your own cost.

IMPORTANT:

FootJoy guarantees the quality of its products. If you have already worn an item and notice a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service on 0800 616 198 (free call), Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you have worn your product before OR have ordered MyJoys custom shoes and would like to talk to our FootJoy advisors about their size, comfort, flaws, please contact our Customer Service team.

WHAT IS THE REIMBURSEMENT PERIOD?

Returned products are checked by our logistics department within 5 working days of receipt in the warehouse. If they meet the pre-refund criteria, the refund request will be made within 15 working days after receipt of your item and validation from the warehouse, on the payment method used to order. Once the refund has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. If, however, you do not receive a refund confirmation email, please consult your bank account with which you made your payment when ordering.

CAN I RETURN A MYJOYS PERSONALIZED PRODUCT?

MyJoys custom golf shoe pairs are made to order and to your liking. Any purchase of MyJoys personalized shoes is therefore final and they cannot be returned or refunded. You statutory rights are not affected.

You wish to purchase an item on FootJoy.eu but you have questions about your shoe size / width, your height, the fit of the item chosen, the comfort or the characteristics of this one, please consult the 'Find the right size' tab on FootJoy.eu/Fitting or contact our Customer Service on 0800 616 198 (free call) from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Products purchased on the site FootJoy.eu cannot be exchanged. We ask that you return the item that is not suitable for you, within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will refund it (see refund terms above). However, if stocks of the desired product are limited, we strongly recommend that you place another order before receiving a refund for your original order.
